what is the delivery cost?


We offer a free delivery for all purchases within Belgium and the Netherlands. For deliveries to France, Germany, Italy & Spain, there’s a cost of €10 per order. Would you like to order from another country? Please contact our Customer Service.

How long do the shoes take to arrive?


The standard delivery time is within 2 to 3 business days for Belgium and the Netherlands. For France, Germany, Italy & Spain, the delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. For other countries, please contact our Customer Service.

How can i follow my package?


As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also be provided with a link to track your order.

What if my package is lost?


If you don’t receive your package, as indicated by the tracking link, immediately contact us. If you have any other questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will help you.

Retour policy

when can i send an item back?


Before you can send an item back, there are a few conditions that need to be met:
1. The Leduci shoes always need to be tried on a clean carpeted surface. We won’t accept the return of products that appear to be used or dammaged.
2. The shoes need to be in the exact same condition as you received them.
3. We kindly ask you to return the shoes in the original packaging and shoebox.
4. You can return your purchased products within 14 days from the date of delivery.



1. First you need to notify us by sending an e-mail to with the following information. We will confirm the acceptance of your e-mail:
– Ordered on/Received on
– Order number
– Name customer
– Address customer
– Specific item(s) from the order that you want to return
– Date
– Signature (only in case this form is filled in on paper)
2. When the item is in line with the conditions mentioned above, you can send the item back via a courier.
3. You have to send the retours to the following address: Leduci, Leernsesteenweg 216/4, 9800 Deinze, Belgium.
4. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we’ve received and checked the item.
5. If the item meets the conditions, we will refund you the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt of your retour.

When you want to return an item, you will have to pay the cost to send the item back.
